Digital Products & Courses
All digital products, including trading courses, downloads, memberships, and educational content, are non-refundable. Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, we cannot offer returns due to the nature of digital goods.
Live Services (e.g., 1-on-1 sessions, consultations)
Refunds for scheduled services are only available under the following conditions
Cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance
A reschedule request is made at least 12 hours before the session
If you miss your session or cancel late, no refund will be issued.
Prop Firm Account Services / Trading on Behalf
Fees associated with account management, performance-based trading, or prop firm services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at lafleurfx1@gmail.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen events happen. Refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case at our discretion. However, access to any part of the digital course will likely disqualify a refund.
